Getting back into shape after having a baby can be one of the most difficult things you’ve ever done. Not only have you just had a baby, but your schedule has suddenly become very hectic. You now a little baby at home and, in case you didn’t notice, that takes a LOT of your time.
I’ve tried to put together resources that not only help you get back into shape, but don’t take a huge chunk of time out of your day. Post natal exercises should be coupled with a very healthy diet. Remember, as with any program, you should seek the advice of your medical doctor.
